Looks the obvious one in this race with the Henderson/De Boinville combo – on a winning run and you’ll do well to get an odds against price.

2.05 Berkshire Whisper 9/1 each way (4 places)

The each-way price has long gone for the favourite so let’s take a chance on this one in the big handicap – three wins at six furlongs on all-weather and with Jason Watson on board must have a chance to feature.

4.10 Seven Questions 2/1 win

We have two each-way plays so back to a more obvious one here at a decent-ish odds against price before it shortens. Hollie Doyle rides this four-time Irish winner which should feature well here.

Horse Racing Selections – Friday March 8, 2024

I am limiting selections before Cheltenham, which starts on Tuesday – the horse racing on offer is poor so the chances of profiting are further narrowed.

I’m going to try a rare accumulator today for 1pt – these rarely win so don’t come after me if this fails. If this one were to come in, it would give us a nice boost ahead of next week! You are, of course, welcome to try alternatives using these horses but I wouldn’t go crazy – perhaps the odd one on the exchange at BSP depending on if the acca crashes. These horses are strong and likely to be well backed – good luck!
